**** iCMD (I Command or Internet Commander) ****

iCMD is a WiFi router remote intended for parental control of the wireless internet.

Having trouble gathering your kids to take part in home activities?
Too difficult to get them up in the morning due to late night social networking?

iCMD is helping parents take back control of the wireless internet!!

In a busy connected home it can be a daunting task to assemble/organize everyone for important or daily events like:
* Meal Time
* Bed Time
* Homework
* Music Lessons
* Family Visits

With iCMD and a single tap - send SMS text messages to WiFi users, wait for a programmable time, and then turn the WiFi router ON or OFF.

That is:
- More elegant!
- More effective!
- And less disruptive!
For you and the people on the network than shouting something and then pulling the plug out of the wireless router.

SMS text messages (iMessages) are sent to your custom list of users (registered Apple IDs and phone numbers).

**** Warning
Currently iCMD is only guaranteed to work with the D-Link, 2Wire, Linksys, and TP-Link routers listed below. Though iCMDs intelligent algorithm may be able to control other routers.

**** Officially Supported and Tested Router List
- 2Wire: 2701HG-G Gateway
- D-Link: DIR-628
- Linksys: E1200 N300 Monitor
- TP-Link: Wireless N Router TD-W8961ND

Note - iCMD should also work with similar models from these manufacturers, though there are no guarantees until they are tested!

**** Router Support Updates
iCMD is continually being updated to support other routers depending on testing and demand. And the router list above will be updated accordingly.

The iCMD router discovery algorithm will continually improve as it is tested with more and more routers, to try to achieve interoperability with the thousands of routers (hundreds of manufacturers) that exist today and in the future.
